The length of the hinge track corresponds to the height of the awning window:

Frame Height	Hinge Track Length	Number of Screws
< 20 in.	10 in.	3
≥ 20 in. and < 30 in.	18 in.	5
≥ 30 in.	22 in.	6

Then, each awning requires both a left-hand hinge track for the left lock jamb and a right-hand hinge track for the right lock jamb (as viewed from the exterior).
