Doors shorter than 90 in. receive three hinges, and four otherwise.
This shim is typically applied to the panel side of the hinge, and the thinner (0.030 in.) shim to the frame side. For replacement parts, we recommend you order the 0.030 in. shim and adjust as necessary.
