Comments
- To calculate the length of the glazing stop, subtract 5-13/16 in. from the width of the double-hung frame or the height of the slide-by frame. For example, if your double-hung is 24 in. wide, select an 18-3/16 in. long glazing stop (24.000 - 5.812 = 18.188).
- The width of the glazing stop is dependent upon the overall thickness of the glazing assembly. Standard 5/8 in. insulating glass takes the standard 0.641 in. width glazing stop. Contact Eagle for assistance in calculating the width for additional glass types, such as single-glaze, triple-glaze and impact versions.
- Order other wood species as a custom part.
