This heavy-duty aluminum trim is the upper horizontal piece of the subframe shell. The head panning is 7½ in. longer than the width of the frame; cut as shown, or request factory preparation. • Connect to each side with three #8 x 5/8 in. Type A Pan-Head Phillips Masonry Screws
• Apply silicone sealant where the exterior edge meets the wall and along the seam with the sides of the subrame shell
• Line the inner leg with glazing tape
• Special clips connect the unit to the shell
